O'Blenis "Mackenzie Straight" Canoe Paddle

This paddle, based on the blade design for my Mackenzie Marathon Bent Shaft paddle, has a similar blade shape but of course without the bend in the shaft.

Laminated of western red cedar, eastern white cedar and pine, this 54.5" paddle comes in at about 18 ounces. Full covering on 4 ounce S-glass on the blade, strong and light.

Smaller blade size and short length for a straight shaft, this would be a great paddle for someone roughly 5'4 or under. Great paddle for the young paddler as well. 100% hand built and one of a kind.
